course to ensure quality playing conditions.
· Fast golf with introduction of the 4 1/2 hour guarantee.
Tee off during selected times of the week and we will guarantee
that you will play 18 holes in less than 4 1/2 hours. (some
restrictions apply) · Attitude, play golf at Terrace
Hills and you become part of the Riding family for the day.

New For 2008
The previous 5 golf seasons we have rolled our green fees back
to 1964 prices,
the year Terrace Hills opened for business. You have asked for
more 1964 green fees and we’re excited to introduce:
Days of Golf
Starting in April and throughout the remainder of the 2008 golf
season, we have designated over 30 days as “Happy
Days are Here Again” golf days.
Green fees will be what they were in 1964:
9 holes—$1.25 (cart rental required)
18 holes—$2.00 (cart rental required)
“Happy Days are Here Again”
golf days will be
posted, monthly, on our web site events page.
Check our web page at least once a month, you won’t
want to miss out on 1964 green fees!
